You Can't Out-Train a Bad Diet.
Bro, you're in the gym five days a week, putting in the work, and wondering why your abs still aren't showing. Now think about what happens outside the gym.
- You get hungry.
- There's nothing ready to eat.
- You order DoorDash.
- You go out with friends, relax your diet,
- and promise you'll get back on track Monday.
Sound familiar?
Your eating habits could be holding back the results you're working so hard for. That's why I believe in taking the guesswork out of eating, and having a plan before hunger makes the decision for you.

I Know What It's Like to Hate Taking Your Shirt Off.
I'm 40. I work in IT and spend more than eight hours a day at a desk. And I love food.
The last time I stepped on a scale before I stopped weighing myself, it read about 295 pounds. I'm pretty sure I went past 300 after that, but I'll never know, because I quit looking. I used to keep my shirt on at the beach in 100-degree heat.
Getting here wasn't a straight line. I dieted inconsistently, regained weight, plateaued, ran a bulk that didn't go the way I wanted, and tore my bicep in May 2026. Every time, I came back. What finally worked was a structured nutrition and training system I built and refined through multiple cuts.
Now I take my shirt off in public without thinking twice. On Sep 24, 2026, a DXA scan measured me at 172.7 pounds and 7.7% body fat.
- Measured
- Six dated InBody and DXA scans, Sep 2023 to Sep 2026. The numbers below come straight from those reports.
- My recollection
- The ~295 lb scale reading and everything before 2023. Photos show how I looked, not what I weighed.

Stop Guessing. Start Following a Plan.
You already know how to show up at the gym. Now bring that same structure to your nutrition.
The Peak Cut Plan gives you a clear eating and training system built around your starting point, your schedule, and your goals.
Personalized nutrition targets
Calories and macros worked out from your starting point, not copied from a template.
Structured meal plans
Meals with portions in grams, built from foods you'll actually eat.
Grocery lists and quick meal guidance
Know what to buy, what to prep, and what to grab when you're slammed.
Workout programming
Four lifting days a week to start, plus active recovery. Five days only if your recovery earns it.
Weekly progress reviews
Progress pictures and a short questionnaire every week, reviewed by me.
Biweekly video calls and adjustments
Four private 15-30 minute calls. Changes happen when your data says they should.
One Bad Meal Doesn't Have to Become a Bad Month.
Your plan gives you structured calorie targets with room to breathe. The goal is consistency, not perfection. One imperfect meal is not a reason to write off the whole week.
Plan ahead. Keep foods in the fridge that are ready when hunger hits. And when life gets messy, and it will, you go back to the routine at the next meal instead of next Monday.
Bend, don't break.
What the food actually looks like
- Eggs, egg whites, and a mini bagelBreakfast in ten minutes with real protein.
- Lean ground chicken and riceCooks in bulk, portions in seconds.
- Lean ground beef and riceSame prep, different flavor, so you don't get bored.
- Greek yogurtThe snack that's ready when hunger shows up.
- Simple high-protein swapsOut of chicken? Swap in a protein you have, keep the portion.
Examples, not a prescription. Your portions and calories come from your own assessment.

How It Works
- 1
Book a free consultation
A 15-minute conversation about your goals, what's getting in the way, and whether the program is a good fit. No payment, no pressure.
- 2
Get your personalized plan
Complete an intake questionnaire. Once I've reviewed it, you get your initial eight-week nutrition and training plan.
- 3
Track and adjust
Send weekly progress pictures and a questionnaire. Every two weeks we get on a video call, and the plan changes when it needs to.
- 4
Keep moving forward
At week eight we review your progress, and you leave with guidance for continuing on your own.
No particular body-fat result is guaranteed. Eight weeks is the coaching and support period, not necessarily the time it takes to reach your final physique goal. Depending on where you start, visible abs can take considerably longer.
How Your Progress Gets Measured.
The Peak Cut Plan is new, so you won't find a wall of client before-and-afters here yet. When clients share results and give permission, they'll show up on this page with how they were measured. Until then, here's exactly how your progress gets tracked.
Same photos, every week
Front, side, and back, same light, same spot. The mirror lies less when the conditions don't change.
Weekly questionnaire
Scale trend, hunger, sleep, energy, training performance, and how closely you actually followed the plan.
Scans if you have them
A DXA or InBody scan adds detail, but it's optional. Estimates are always labeled as estimates.

Common Questions
More detail on the program, the calls, and who it's not for on the plan page.
Will I have visible abs in eight weeks?
Not necessarily. Results depend on your starting body composition, adherence, recovery, and other individual factors. Eight weeks is the coaching period, not a guaranteed timeline to visible abs. Some people will need considerably longer.
Do I need to work out every day?
No. The program typically starts with four lifting days per week, with active recovery and rest built in.
Will my meal plan be personalized?
Yes. The initial plan is built from the information you give me at intake and reviewed as your progress data comes in.
Do I need a DXA scan?
No. A body-composition scan gives extra information, but it isn't required. Anything estimated in your plan is labeled as an estimate.
Do I need to give up every food I enjoy?
No. Structure and consistency matter more than perfection. The plan emphasizes whole foods, appropriate calorie targets, and practical flexibility.
What happens after eight weeks?
You get an end-of-program review and guidance for continuing on your own. The included personal coaching ends after the eight weeks.
Is this in-person training?
No. The Peak Cut Plan is online coaching.
Do you guarantee weight loss or visible abs?
No. No specific result is guaranteed.
